Crowz Trans Am
This ones under construction, kinda like the paint job on my
TA. My TA was damaged when my home burned. The fire from the
trailer roasted the paint on the passenger side real bad and
caused the rest of the pain to fade pretty bad.
I will be posting more pics after the new paint job.
My 85 Pontiac Trans Am came from the factory with the ws6
performance package, T-tops, tilt wheel, cruise, and automatic. A
305 HO v8 lurked under the hood. Also the car was blessed with
one of pontiacs better stereos.
Well, at least thats how it left the factory. All that kinda
changed once it met me. Im the second owner, and it still hums
right along, just at a different beat.
The current equipment list is as follows:
All the above listed plus Tuned Port 406 cid chevy V8 with
1967 chevy 327 double hump heads, hyperdyne computer system, and
lots of TLC. Tires are Goodyear 245 50ZR16's on the front and
Goodyear GSC 245 45ZR16's on the rear. Borge Warner Positive
traction rear end with disc brakes and 273 gears. Gabriel Special
edition competion struts and shocks.
I removed the stock gauges and replace with 140mph gauge set
from a GTA. A pioneer platnium unit with Hifonics amp rack bless
the sound improvement. This also includes a pair of stillwater
12" woofers and 6" massdrivers. Infiniti platemount
dash speakers round out the surround sound effect. With over
$7000.00 invested in the stereo, I decide to lay off this part
and concentrate more on the motor.
I had converted to a 5 speed borgwarner gearbox, but it
couldnt handle the strain so I returned to the 700r4.
I am currently hunting for a digital dash from a GTA transam.
Anyone knowing of one please email me.
