Engine modifications

The engine is a 78' 13B rotary. The engine is street-ported and has a couple of other mods so it can rev higher without falling apart. I took the intake manifold, turbo, intercooler, computer, and the wiring harness from an 87' RX-7 turboII. I ported the manifold and made new holes for the primary injectors since the old mounting spot was on the engine. I modified the waterpump inlet pipe so it would fit better in a 510. I had to turn the oil pan backwards so it would clear the crossmember and steering linkage. To do this I took the oil pan gasket and marked the holes and drilled them so I could bolt it up backwards. I also had to bang a lump down to clear the oil pick-up tube.
