The Traveling Page
Arch Rock This is from my vacation in July of 2003. This arch is found on Mackinaw Island in Lake Huron. Motorized vehicles are prohibited from the Island, allowing horses and bicycles to become the main modes of transportation (unless you like driving around on a golf cart).
On the Highway On those Texas and Oklahoma highways, company is always welcome, and its even better when that buddy is keeping an eye out for other cars on the road...if you squint, you can see one.
Ohhhhhh, I'm sooo jealous!! This is from the 100 year anniversary of Ford in Dearborn, MI.
Independence Hall
This isn't the actual hall. Henry Ford wanted to buy the original from Philly, but they refused, so he made his own that is at Greenfield Village in Dearborn, MI.
Heads up! This is from my ever so fun day at the zoo that I had in July of 2003 at the Detroit Zoo.
Feed Me Please!!!! And of course, no trip to the zoo would be complete without seeing the most cuddly thing on earth - bears. =-)
