Dale Earnhardt:649 Starts - 74 Victories - 7 Wintson Cup Championships

Welcome to my homepage. This page is dedicated to the memory of the greatest driver to ever grace the ranks of NASCAR(R), Dale Earnhardt. I have tried to put together a compilation of great pics and some even greater facts about the Intimidator. Hopefully I will be able to keep this page up to date and add pics and facts as they become available to me.

1999 marked Dale Earnhardt's twenty fifth year as a NASCAR(R) driver. Over the course of those 25 years he logged more than 70 wins and 7 Winston Cup Championships. He was voted driver of the year on several occasions and was obviously a fan favorite. Dale Earnhardt touched the lives of everyone he met and many many thousands he never met. He will be missed but never forgotten.

1998 marked a different milestone in Dale's career. Feb. 15, 1998 Dale Earnhardt conqured the race that had haunted him for twenty years, the Daytona 500. Fans, team-mates, other drivers, and other crews all smiled and let out a sigh of relief, the GREAT ONE had finally won the SUPERBOWL of Motorsports.
Dale Earnhardt has a long list of "firsts" attributed to his name. Like being the first person to ever win "Rookie of the Year" one year and the "Winston Cup Championship" the next year. (79 and 80) But another first that has become an industry standard was also started by Dale. Ever wonder who came up with the one time paint scheme? Wonder no more. It was Dale Earnhardt.
The Coca-Cola(R) racing family added a new member when the tour went to Japan last year. Dale Earnhardt Jr., "The Dominator", donned the polar bear colors to race, for the first time, head to head with his father. Little E beat his dad out by two positions, but it was a great race and one fans will cherish for ever. Check out the cars that the Earnhardt Family ran in Japan.
