This car appeared to me in a friends salvage yard. It had a 350 4-barrel and a glide trans. That weird olds 12 bolt was included for free also..LOL. Unfortunately for the car the carb backfired and caught the engine bay on fire. Withe the plastic wheelwells these cars came with you can imagine the mess it made! Finally bought a 4 door parts car and took the whole front off and swaped everything. The 350 had to go. A Olds 455 was lookin for a home at the same yard along with some clutch linkage out of a Chevelle. With c heads and a w-30 cam,forged pistons(flattops)and other stuff this should be a pretty good ole car. With a four speed and a chevelle 12 bolt(3.23 posi see above donor..LOL)Should have a respectable top end on it. I jus cant ever seem to get time to work on it!!!Major bone of conflict between my wife and I!
