The Community Association  in  North Linthicum

How can the community association build community! I think it is amazing that with so many people in North Linthicum who could help out that the biggest event of the year is the dumpster day in the park!

 ---What can you do to transform the community?
Attending the meetings of the Community Association with your friends would be a start.
Numbers bring power and not many attend the meetings.
If you got your friends involved you could basically do what you want- the sky is the limit!
There is so much more that can be done by a community. We need to move beyond the complaint department to an active group which brings people together- concerts, activities, festivals.
Other communities manage to put on fine events. Why is it that I dont have such things in my neighborhood?
Yes its because we dont get involved. Perhaps you can use these pages to get people together to form a committee. Lets have our community known for more than dumpster day! Now that can't be too hard to pull off!-cb 1998
