WASSUP. It's been a freakin long time since I updated, over one year in fact. Let's see, still lifting weights, bodyfat reduced, muscle size increased, pretty ripped. In a few days on the 19th it will be my birthday. I'm hitting the big one-nine (19). How do I feel? Pretty good, still searching in life, uncovering mysteries, and coming a little closer towards reality. Till next time, don't forget to feed your dog. Peace.
