This Neat Chevy is owned by Dave Palmer of Vancouver, WA. He utilizes a moderately built 400 inch small block Chevy and TH 350 tranny for a power source. The body and interior is restored to original colors and material, although dave has some plans to convert to 4 wheel disc brakes and maybe 3 inches out of the top. Dave does his own restorations himself, along with several for friends. If you ever need trunk mounted weld in battery boxes, a set of modern motor mounts or trans cross members for just about any car, Dave makes them and they look and work better than anything on the market.
