Well Folks we had a great season, we all took our cars home and are all in one piece so that makes it a great Season. Well ole Ameal Armstrong finished 7th in the Pure Stock Class. He raced in the Louisiana Cahmpionship raced but was knocked out early in the race. Jackie "FuzzyBear' Rutherfors Finished 2nd in the Street Stock Class and recieved a very Nice trophy and some other stuff. And now Jr. Rutherford, He finished 7th in the Street stock point standings behind his dad, but that is not what he has to brag about! Jr nad Fuzzy raced in the Top of the Top Ten Race Friday, October the 23rd and boy what a surprise! Jr won his first race in 4 years that night claiming the Top of the Top Ten Trophy! He finished a few cars ahead of his dad but to tell the truth folks I don't think his dad would have been more happier if he had won! We all had a great time this Year at Sabine Raceway and we are looking forward to another Great Season next year.
We would like to thank all the folksthat helped us during the year, wether it was helping change a tire, loaning a pint of power steering fluid or whatever it was we thank you. Well keep a watch and when we get the pics of the Trophy presentation back I will post them on the site.
