   Contemporary English-Filipino Dictionary (1999).

o President/General Manager of IJR LINKS AND CONSULTANTS, a  consultancy and
   management resource  company established in 1998 that caters to a select list of  clients  in the
   automotive and transportation services sectors. Primarily home-based,  the firm offers to develop
   tactical links with employers, manpower  recruitment firms, and individuals in these sectors via the
   Internet, for the purpose of establishing a ready pool of  employable talents and skills required by
   same , thru a pre-qualification system of screening and training done a strictly-confidential manner. 

o Project Director/Business Development Consultant: M.C.B. Group of Companies, Manila
   The company is exclusive Philippine distributor since 1972 of Zexel- Japan Inc. (now Bosch-Zexel).    The company is engaged in marketing diesel injection products and services, and installation of
   automotive air-con systems as OEM component on certain Isuzu, Nissan, and Mitsubishi vehicle
   models locally assembled in the Philippines. The 2-year project - a strategy developed to counteract
   the effects of the Asian currncy crisis of 1996 - was aimed to: (a) maximize underutilized shop
   capacity, (b) improve profitability, and (c) retain market share by integrating its strong products/
   services with non-traditional, ancillary services.

At the conclusion of this special project, those business units that fully- participated in the program achieved a 100-300% increase in sales revenue and gained significant market exposure compared to less-active units with modest gains. It likewise resulted in a more-motivated and skilled workforce.

   of the Phils., 1940), a Prof. Mechl. Engineer (PME); and, Rosario Jarencio y Desierto, homemaker
   (now both deceased).

    Happily married to   Jessie Grace Rubrico y Udang   (48, PhD  in Linguistics,U.P.;   faculty of UP  Dept. of  Linguistics and   Philippine Languages; professional lecturer at  Dela  Salle University; author

on Cebuano language books  author/translator of    Our Daily   Bread);  the couple blessed with
three(3) grown children: Jose (27, Licensed Elect. Engineer, U.P. Diliman, EE Assistant Professor and U.P. Mobile Robotics  Lab Director); Jennee Grace (24, A.B. Comm. Arts, Ateneo de Mla. Univ. academic scholar) working as Businessworld reporter assigned to the Senate;  and, Jonathan Mark (23, Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer (BSECE , Univ. of  Santo  Tomas and
