Ride For Sight 1999 Below you will see pictures of the weekend that I spent at Ride for Sight. It was a great weekend!!!! Years previous I just dropped by to see the machines, but this year I actually set aside a weekend for it and spent the weekend in the hosting town. Next year I will again attend.

Lets start with Saturday Mourning, After a heavy night on the town, ( and 2 beer for Dwayne ), the morning brought us scenes of regret. Poor Dwayne was well into his hangover when he woke up at 11am. This is one of his better pictures for that mourning. (and whats that all over his sleeping bag?)

This is Dwaynes BIke!!!, A 1991 Kawasaki Zepher 750, with a Kerker 4into 1 White Tip Exhaust. It is the only bike like it in this province. It combines all the goodies of the 90's with the styling of the late 70's. (You see , Dwayne is very very old, so he can appreciate this more than the rest of us.)

This is Wade's Bike, Its a 1986 Suzuki 750 Intruder, its all Stock, Except for the fact that he has chopped it and added 24 inches to the front forks. And where did you say , did he get 24 inches of stock for his forks?, well he just took it from the handle of a lawnmower. Actually , if you look real close, you can see some other lawn mower parts incorporated into the design of this machine.$!font>

This is Kevin Cummings and his cool Yamaha FZ 750, He lives in the western part of the province, and thus is my contact for machines in that part of the woods. I met him years ago while I was looking at motorcycles in a previous Ride for Sight.

Here is a picture of one of my most favorite rides, a 1998 Yamaha YZF 1000 R1. I always thought the blue was better than the red version.. This is a sweet machine with 150 ponnies to back it up!.

I have always liked these Kawasaki Eliminators, I'm not one for crusing bikes, but when they cram a 900 ninja motor in a frame, its kind of hard not to wonder. This particular bike I also found at this years Ride for Sight, The owner has incorporated many many performance items into this bike. They are very rare machines here in this province.
