The Need For Speed
You've found your way to my way cool, far out drag racing page (Sorry NASCAR fans, I'm a little NHRA biased). Drag racing is the number 1 motor sport in the USA. Mainly because anybody can be a participant, not just a spectator. For those who would like a quick low down on how drag racing is done, check out my Drag Racing 101 clinic.

I have the best racing links you'll find anywhere right here. There is also some good software to be downloaded to help your race machine kick out just a few more ponies.

Here's a link to the number one drag racing site on the web
(Just make sure you come back to this page after visiting.)

If you need to mail order some parts, here's the two places I score from. They will both let you order a catalog on-line. Out of the two, Jegs has slightly better prices but Summit gives better service.

Now, I know what all true computer dudes really want, and that's software, especially FREE software. Well, I found some for the drag racing crowd and I'm prepared to share it with you. The first thing I want to tell you about is B&M's screen saver. I have it on my computer, my wife even likes it.

I have a couple of programs of my own I would like to hand out to everybody. The first one is called Drag Strip Plus (599kb). It is a great horsepower or ET predictor. It will let you experiment with different parts combinations before you spend tons of money on the parts. The demo will only let you enter one vehicle into the program, but it's fully functional. Check it out.

I also have a cool practice tree program called Pro Tree (435kb) you can download. It's only a demo but if you e-mail me at the bottom of this page, I will tell you how to make the program fully functional for free. This is an awesome practice tree program.
Here's some links to other product manufacturers who build high high performance parts for your ride.

I have a lot more logo's that could go here, but they use up too much space, and they wouldn't be links to web sites. But their parts are in my truck so I'll mention their names. Dyna-Gear gear drive, Lunati cam, Keith Black pistons, Weiand intake, Holley carburator, MSD ignition, Accel plug wires, Carter fuel pump, Weld Wheels, Mickey Thompson tires, Lakewood traction bars.
