Welcome to the INTERNET BSA OWNERS CLUB page.

For OWNERS and ENTHUSIAST of BSA MOTORCYCLES

The INTERNET BSA OWNERS CLUB is an organization for all enthusiasts of BSA motorcycles on the Internet.
The driving force behind the formation of the club is to create a resource for all BSA enthusiasts without any geographical limits. Existing BSA clubs geographically based, due to the constraints imposed by distances people can travel to attend meetings. Traditional newsletters also have limits on their effective reach set by cost and time factors.

There are currently a number of BSA Web sites run by clubs or individuals. These are all valuable resources, and represent a labor of love by their creators. We would all be much the poorer without them. Each of them represents a segment of the worldwide BSA enthusiast scene. However, each of them is limited, to a greater or lesser degree, to presenting the views of the club or enthusiast running them.

The formation of the Internet BSA Club is an attempt to bring together BSA enthusiasts worldwide to get a broader view of the BSA scene. Things we would like to have on the site eventually are a membership list, tech reports, model histories (especially the differences between models for different markets), stories about some of the "characters" involved in the past and present of the BSA scene, ride reports, pictures of bikes, and stacks of things
we haven't thought of yet. We would also like to be able to present a definitive set of links to BSA Club and enthusiant sites as well as BSA business links.

We would also like to set up interactive venues, such as an IRC channel, general "scribble area", and a BSA mailing list, along the lines of the Brit-Iron mailing list, but just for BSA. It might be difficult to organize combined rides for all of us, though:)

None of this will be possible without a lot of help from other BSA enthusiasts on the "net". With your assistance it should work - without it, this will just have another hare-brained scheme by a couple of fools who should have known better.

We are looking for your ideas and suggestions. and let us know what you think.
