Music in general:
I enjoy music a lot, and have played professionally on the road for three years whilst I studied for my diploma in Music at Whitiriea Community Polytechnic in Porirua. Being active in the Music industry can be a fun and rewarding lifestyle. I spent a small amount of time working a roadcrew for a few big concerts here and have worked on site for Joe Satriani, The Stranglers, Dave Dobbyn, Shihad, the Exponents, Crowded House and many more large acts.
Whist studying at Whitiriea I spent most Christmas's playing cabaret gigs which meant less travel and more work, some of the time we would end up playing with guest artists. I have played in the cabaret scene with Dalvanius Prime & Bunny Walters with was a good way to cut my teeth as a young bassist.

Joe like many of the new wave of musicians studied at Berlkww and went on to produce some of the coolest Guitar tracks in his genre. He has established his own label called Strange Beautiful Music.

Vai.com (www.vai.com) Vai.com is the official website for guitar wizard Steve Vai. Steve Vai is another graduate of Berklee and studied at the same time as Satriani and Stuart Hamm who is the regular bassist for Satch. Hamm is featured throughout many of the Vai recordings including the live video "G3" which is a live conert feature Satriani, Vai, Eric Jonhonson, Jeff Campertelli and others.
