The Long Island Game Farm Manorville, NY www.ligfwildlife.com A great place to bring the kids for an afternoon of fun.  Nice wide paths wind through all the animal exhibits.  A good selection of animals that are far enough away so as not scare the small ones.  They have food and souvenir concessions and clean bathrooms.  If you want to bring your own food they have a picnic area set up near parking.  Don't forget to go for a ride on the trains.
