The 4th 82
The 4th 82 The 98 season at Tri-State proved to be the best yet for Campbell racing with a 7th place finish in the points. The guy that proved to be the man to beat was Gary Hayhurst Jr. He was fast most every night and put on a driving clinic on the night of the $6,000 to win Labor Day race.

As a racer you always want to go faster and learn more, fortunately we were able to do both this year. As a driver I also learned a great deal about set ups and track condensations. I know this information will be very valuable in next year's campaign.

The help my crew gave me that year was great all year long. This is amazing to me for many reasons, but one of the most impressive is the fact that I don't even pay for their way into the races and they still show up every weekend and work their tails off. Bob was the newest member of the team. He not only fit in well, but is also a great help.
