The state of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation wants to enact rule changes to increase permit and inspection fees on Railroad excursions operating on state owned Rail lines.
It is important for all interested persons to be aware of whats happening. This change could effect ALL motorcar excursions which take place on state owned rail lines. The HIGHER COSTS related to the permits and inspection fees will have an ADVERSE effect on our hobby.
