This picture was taken on the way to a Toy ride, the Harley had a charging problem, and we were giving Margot a hand.
This was taken in a camp site in Bangore Maine in 1990. This was the first offical run for the DEFENDERS CHP.10 From left to right we are Myself,Heather,Gary,Mellenie,Dianne,Tabatha in front Sonny and Philip
This is Denie and his puppy Harvey. Harvey likes to ride on the back seat. Notice that he wears eye protection. They have not yet made it mandatory for dogs to wear helmets.

This is Margot Cloud getting a push start from Wink. I think that someone forgot to tell her to place the kill switch in the on position.
Peter Stevenson is receiving a Defenders t-shirt in recognition of his help with our champs donation. Every year, Peter raffles off an article with an eagle on it in memory of his mother.Peter donates all the money to us for the "CHILD AMPUTEE PROGRAM"
Pierre Boissonneault displayes his trophy (ha ha ha) he won at the annual 98 Defenders Poker Run.

Here we have on the left Greg Leclair and on the right Ronnie Davison tabulating the poker hands of the returning participants at the end of the poker run and placing them in the right order.
These are Gerald,Margot and George. They are selling Defenders pin,scarves,t-shirts,hats etc. at the poker run.
This is Bill and Suzanne MacIntyre with Helen Birch. They are serving the chili and hot dogs that everyone gets at the end of the run.
Here we have Sonny in the extremely bright green suit,giving Gerald a push still trying to get Margot's bike going. Neither one is a Harley rider.
This is Pat and Linda Evans. They are selling tickets on a gun cabinet that was donated to help the "CHAMPS" by the Chaplin Pat's husband.
This is our buddy Brian Mckenna (the Rawleigh Man). His bike had a slight aversion to starting without being pushed. This time he is being helped by Wink,Pierre and myself.
Here we are returning from the 74th Crusaders rally in the Annapolis Vally.We decided to take the ferry across the LaHave river instead of riding around. Again we had to push Brian to get him started.Brian has since gotten his bike fixed and now starts at the push of a button
