I try to keep our meals at home interesting as much as I
can. In doing so, I have stumbled across some wonderful
cooking sites online.
As a child I adored watching "The Galloping Gourmet". After taking a hiatus from television, Graham Kerr is back. He's really "cleaned up" his act, and is heavily into Low-Fat and healthy eating now. Along with numerous books now on the market, Mr. Kerr has created a terrific website called Gourmet World
One Canadian institution each year is the Milk
Calendar. This year's issue feature's the recipes of
James Barber, the host of CBC's The Urban Peasant I
have numerous Milk Calendars from previous years.
One of the best recipes I've found for
fettuccini alfredo is a Milk Calendar
creation.
I have begun an extensive search for other great sites
online.
