Is one of the most recognizable images of 'Filthy-Delphia'. Never actually saw it, didn't do much sightseeing. In fact, I didn't do any. Hung out on South Street some, but I was really only there during one horrific winter before the carrier I was on sailed to warmer waters down in Florida. Yes, there once were aircraft carriers in PA. Last I heard, the base was closing.
