Paprika Potato

5 large potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 mediuum onions diced
1/2 green pepper diced
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 cups water
7" slice of smoked kolbassa cut into 1/4" pieces

In a large pot add oil, onions, green pepper and garlic.  Sautee until golden brown.  Remove from burner and add paprika.  Mix well.  Add diced potatoes,  2 cups water and salt.  Mix well. Bring to boil.  Reduce heat, cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.  Add 1/2 cup water and pieces of kolbassa. Mix well.  Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Enjoy!!
