Margaret’s Fancy Mushrooms

1 pound mushrooms sliced or whole

2 Tablespoons butter

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic, crushed

Tobasco sauce, one or two dashes (or to taste)

1 stalk of green onions, chopped

Parmesan cheese

In a skillet, combine everything except for the cheese and sauté until the mushrooms are fragrant. Sprinkle cheese on top to just cover, mix and pour into serving dish. Top with more cheese if desired and serve.
