Dr Cheng Man-Ch'ng, The Master
The Grandmaster's photo is loading on the left hand side. Form called Single Whip - lower style.Noticed how centered is The Master and how soong he is - fantastic.
The advantages of Dr Cheng Man-Ch'ng Style is :-
1.     Faster - it consists of 37 Forms which can be performed in a matter of about 10 minutes.
A definite advantage in today's fast paced society.

2.     It contains the essentials of Tai Chi.

3.    The principle being simplicity and ease of performance.

4.     It has also been proven in use by many.
        -  Grandmaster Huang in Malaysia  has proven the use of the art in combat and in
            countless demonstrations.
        - Edward Maisel speaks well of the art in the book "Tai Chi for  Health" (1972).
        - Nigel  Sutton too has done research on the style in his book "Tai Chi Chuan - Roots and Branches" (1993), Robert Smith, etc.

5.    The benefits are gradual but there are improvement in health after a period of consistent and persistent bi-daily practice.
