Hi ! I love cooking. Ofcourse, you know that. I decided to put all the recipes I have tried so far here. It would be unfair to categorise them for I have a good mix of all varieites of cooking. And I have also experimented with ingredients to create a flavor I like. I believe in using fresh spices and not market bought mixes. That way the authentic taste comes out and also gives you the flexibility to add or delete something and still try out the dish. And voila ! you have created something altogether new !
