Garden Patch Pie

Ingredients:
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1/2 c. Mashed Potato Flakes
1/4 c. Catsup
1/4 c. Chopped Onions
1 tb. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 ts. Salt
1/4 ts. Pepper
1 ea. Egg (slightly beaten)
1 c. Mixed Vegetables (if frozen, thaw and drain--if canned, drain)

Topping:
1 c. Water
3 tb. Margarine or butter
1 1/2 c. Mashed Potato Flakes
1/2 c. Milk
1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 ea. Egg (slightly beaten)
Paprika


Microwave Directions:
   In large bowl, combine Ground Beef, 1/2 cup Potato Flakes, Catsup, Onion, Worchestershire Sauce, Salt, Pepper, and 1 Egg; Mix Well. Add Vegetables; Mix again lightly. Pat mixture into a 9 or 10 inch microwave safe Pie Pan. Microwave on high for 7 1/2 to 9 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. If not using a rotatory, rotate 1/2 way through cooking.
   In Medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, combine water and margarine; Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, Stir in 1 1/2 cups Potato Flakes, milk, cheese and 1 Egg; mix well. Spoon hot Potato mixture on top of cooked beef mixture, spread evenly over entire surface. Sprinkle lightly with Paprika, Microwave on high for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, rotating half way through cooking time. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
   A full meal in one dish, meat, potatoes and veggies.
