Cakes with Flowers

	August, 1996 This cake was my final exam for a class on making frosting flowers. All of the flowers on the cake are made with buttercream icing.
	October, 1996 This was my final exam for my Tiered constuction class. Mums, asters and drop flowers were made with royal icing.
	February, 1997 This cake was thrown together on relatively short notice for my Mom to bring to work on Valentine's Day. I used leftover flowers made while taking the flower class mentioned above.
