Hobbies

One of my favourite hobbies is going to see French films because they are so different than American movies in terms of their themes, humour, cinematography and plot. I also enjoy learning the French. You, too can learn some quick, useful and hilarious phrases. Although French films normally have some kind of message or theme, I would have to say that the movie "Romance", which I saw recently, really had no message-it was just about a masochistic nymphomaniac; so if you're into that kind of stuff, it's
currently playing at the Fifth Avenue Cinemas in Vancouver.

Another of my hobbies is low-fat baking & cooking I highly recommend the Looneyspoons Cookbook. Haven't yet tried the sequel, Crazy Plates, but I plan to shortly. I also love watching the FOODTV network because I can always go into the website and print out my favourite recipes from the night before.

Here's a cool beer bread recipe that my web page teacher, Christine, gave us: beer bread. Here are some other good sites to visit: Internet Chef , Veggies Unite.
Bartending is something I would like to get into, especially after getting my Bartending Diploma from M.I.X. School of Bartending in Vancouver.
Creamsicle & Fuzzy Navel are 2 drinks you might want to try.

In my spare time I teach piano which is great except that my students never practise. I used to practise 3 hours a day! I really like Debussy's Claire de Lune

Little Eeyore

My favourite stuffed animal is my little Eeyore that my friend gave me. He's a very cute donkey! I'm hoping to get Piglet or Pooh sometime in the near future...

Sleep Troubles

I often have trouble sleeping because I have too many thoughts racing through my head. Counting sheep does not work because they are moving too fast...
