Some AmaZing Health tips for pizza!

To help lower blood pressure use gingerroot as a topping!

For colds and sore throats use generous amounts of garlic over your sauce!

If you have a weak digestion for meat add papaya to your toppings!

Use cherries or lime in the sauce to boost your Vitamin C intake!

Mastering the Dough!

First lightly dust a mist of flour over the area your are going to work. This stops the dough sticking to it.

Now to beat the dough is simple. Just shove the base of your palm into it forcing it forward then fold it back and itself and repeat. Beat it until it's nice and stretchy.

Next gather it into a ball and put it in a container for about half an hour to let the yeast do their job and blow it up - this lightens the dough leaving it crunching when you bake it. The yeast make millions of little air spaces.

The next step is to put it back on your work area and flatten it with a rolling pin until it is the thickness of about a pencil.

Now curl the edges of it all around to make a rim that will hold in your sauce and garnishes.

Put on your sauce and filling as described on page 1, bake, and you're ready to eat!

A picture of how to beat the dough. It's called kneading.

Knead the dough to a pencil thickness.

Remember pizza can be any shape!

Making Your Own "Secret" Recipe

You don't have to adhere to mine or anybody else's recipe. To make your own family secret recipe is easy. Just experiment with different ingredients starting with the stuff you like a lot first of course. For example if you flip for bananas try chopping some up and sprinkling them across your pizza as a topping. Or if chocolate is your thing melt some and pour if over your finished gourmet dish. It's that simple!

Here's a list of ingredient ideas for making your own recipe:

Do You Have Food Allergies???

Don't let allergies spoil your fun. The simplest way to have your pizza and eat it too is to find out what foods you are allergic to, then just substitute for them from the list opposite. It's that simple. No more need to reach for flu medicine and wonder if you'll break out. The allergy test can be done in twenty minutes by your family doctor. It's that easy!
