I have a true burden for children at risk. There are way too many children in homes that are abusive. It has become an epidemic in our society, today. There are too many children in the foster care system, for too long. There are literally millions of older(over 5 years of age)children that are waiting for adoptive homes. Prospective parents need to know that there are subsidies available to help adopt these children. These subsidies often cover the attorney and court fees,in addition to a monthly allowance for each child until the age of 18. Medical and dental is also provided. This is a wonderful program that people need to know about. Many children need homes.
O.K.~~~I'm really not a saint ~ LOL ~ some of my not so nice habits include; smoking (I'm working on that one,tho), moodiness, a bad temper,and not knowing when to stop partying when I'm out ;^)

I have a wonderful, handsome, compassionate husband,Tony.We are in the process of adopting three beautiful boys, Tony, Matthew, and Timmy (we are foster parents) They have been our gift from God. They teach us something new every day ! LOL ! I also share my home with a mutt, Jake, Taffy and Osa, my labs, and a 15 year old (Spoiled!!!) poodle, Bleu. (You can't take me to the humane society!!!)
I love so many things,but music and singing are my passions!I sang professionally for a long time. I hope to go into the studio, in the future. School keeps me pretty busy, but I also love painting (I paint all over the walls in my house!) gardening (it amazes me that I can grow stuff!) working out, and history (I love to imagine living in another era!) I also have to confess~~~I have a penchant for romance novels. Elvis and Pat Benatar are at the top of my list,too !
