Welcome to my web site. I am glad you dropped by. I'm going to try something a little different this time. Seems that everyone keeps asking me about what I am doing with my career, and that my website has been about everything but that. Well, I am not very good at talking about myself but I am going to try to make this site more about me. I'll still keep all the other stuff here that I had before, but I'll have other pages that hold that stuff. It may take me a few tries to get it right but with the help of some of my friends maybe we can make this site count for something. So hold tight and let's see what's next!

First off, I will say that I love traditional country music. And that is what I do. But then it is what I was raised on. My grandfather was a country singer back in the old days and got me started with my first guitar when I was 5 years old. We used to sit around and sing and play the classics. I had never even heard of rock 'n roll till I was in junior high school.

Well, then of course, I grew up with Merle Haggard. I know, lots of new country artists say that. But I REALLY grew up with Merle Haggard. He and my mom have been friends since before I was born, so I have been riding around with him since I was a baby. Again, no surprise that I play traditional country music.

And finally, one of the people that is helping me get my career going is the legendary Hank Cochran. If there was ever a man that could write a county song it is him! Well, thanks to Merle, Hank is trying to help me get an album together and see what we can do with it. Thanks for the help....

I know, I know, I said this was gonna be about me! Well, it is but that was just a little background about why I do what I do. I'll try to tell you a little more in the pages below. Just click on a link to go to each page.
