In 2000 a small business was started by a country boy from a small town in Saskatchewan. A small business that allowed that country boy to use the sound system equipment he bought the year before. This equipment is a small but powerful JBL professional system and is used masterfully at the hands of that small town country boy. His name is Kurt Mohr and his small business is called Chute Out Audio. In 2003 the business name was changed from Triple R Productions, to
Chute Out Audio. This small business supplies a sound system, microphones and music for rodeos, PBR and other events. Now in its 10 year Chute Out Audio is still growing and getting more bookings for events throughout Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia. I have been able to meet some great people that I can now call my friends.
On December 29, 2005 I asked and she said yes, Susan and I were married on May 19, 2007. In June of 2006 Chute Out Audio moved to Weyburn, SK and in August Susan and I became land owners with the purchase of 160 acres of farm land just north of Weyburn. We moved into our new home on January 27, 2007 only two weeks after it arrived and was set on the foundation. The house was built at a lumber yard and moved to our land on the coldest day in January, it wasn't a fun day to be moving a house but it arrived and we moved in as soon as it was ready for us.
I look forward to working at many more events all accross Western Canada or where ever the road to a rodeo takes me. This year, 2009, Chute Out Audio celebrates ten years in supplying music and a sound system for events in Western Canada. In the past two years Chute Out Audio has taken a step to the next level and was selected to supply the music for the Canadian Finals Rodeo in Edmonton, AB and the PBR Canadian Cup Finals in Calgary, AB. As well for several years we have been selected as the music supplier for the Canadian Western Agribition and Canadian Cowboys Association Finals in Regina, SK
