Procedures for burning a CD

To burn a CD of your MIDI sequence, you will first need to turn your MIDI file into a stereo audio file.
Set up a stereo audio track in Performer.  Route the stereo output of the Pro Mix into the dig I/O IN of Performer,
set levels and then record the digital audio representation of your MIDI tracks.  Performer creates a mono L and
mono R (uninterleaved) stereo file.  To press to CD these will need to be combined to 1 (interleaved) stereo file.
We will do this in Peak.

In Peak go to -->file-->import dual mono and import your stereo audio tracks.  Now simply save them as an AIFF
file.

Currently station 6 is the only station in the MIDI Lab with a CD burner.  Copy your AIFF file onto the audio drive of
station 6.  Open Adaptec Toast, drag and drop your file onto the window of Toast.  Now insert your blank CD and
your ready to burn.
