Our town is a small community of about 8000 people, it has been here for over 100 years, My wife's Mom lives in a house that is over 140 years old and is one of the original homestead houses in the area before the town was actually a town as we would call one. It started as a blink and you miss it town but then grew by leaps and bounds. It is now the county seat

The Courthouse pictured here was built in the late 1800's somewhere around 1889.

There is alot of activity in this small town. Lots of parades and people here really like to party. Not alot of crime here so you dont have to keep a loaded gun or have an elaborate security system. A big barking Dog works great.
