0201.19 - Hello Family & Friends,
If you have not heard from me lately, it is because I have been extremely busy and have been underway for a little while now. My ship has completed our final evaluation and we did well I am proud to report. We are one big step closer to deployment now, and I will miss you all very much.
It has been wonderful having Mama and Momo back up here in Virginia with me. I can't even remember how lonely it was here before they got back up here. Did not realize how much I missed them until they came home.
I will try to update this page more often---but I always say that. LOL! Please, check back soon--hopefully there will be more new news for you here. Also, expect to get an email from me with my new email address on it, since I have finally gotten it switched over.

I am an
American
I am
an American. My rights are not granted me by a piece of paper or
a government---they are divinely granted as the founders of my
nation recognized. Therefore, I bend my knee to no man or
government, but only to my God. I am not a hyphenated American
though I have ancient origins in many lands as well as this one.
Behold my beauty in all its variety of colors and shapes. Behold
my power in my individuality. Here my roar in unity with my
fellow Americans. We Americans will not be divided and conquered,
nor will we be melted and beaten down into a tool of the
politically powerful. I love my country but more than that I love
my family, friends and as an extension of that, I love my people--my

I used the same controversial statement when I composed this
pledge to my country and my people. I am even more proud now that
I did say it!)
