The above image, written in "Old" Irish Gaelic, is a plaque which used to belong to my grandmother's house which is now on the threshold of my father's front door and means something like :
" OUR OWN PRETTY GABLE COTTAGE "
Along with this "Welcome" poem frame ( on the inside of the threshold ) , it resembles Irish hospitality and pride which we want to share herewith.
All the sound (midis & MP3) files in this website were sequenced and arranged by myself, unless specified otherwise. They are only meant to provide the visitor with a sample of the tune. One version out of many other variations and ornament arrangements that can be found throughout the vast repertoire of this genre, which only depend on the taste and mood of the performer. In addition, in this case, it also depends on the limitations of a computer, its sound card, etc.
I plan to keep adding repertoire and other tunes which I like, regularly, so come back soon!
