Car Talk: Born Not To Run - Just Released! This is the second CD released by those crazy brothers Tom and Ray Magliozzi on the NPR "Car Talk" radio show. The compilation features the song "Built to Crash" performed by Gravel Train. Available only at the Car Talk Website, so don't try to get a copy here. (2003)

Corndaddy: Better Days The second CD for the band, the first on Boomba. Ten swinging cuts that would make the needle jump if a CD player had a needle. Available at Miles of Music or send $14.00 this way. (2002)

Gravel Train: Fine Upstanding Men - The debut six-song CD from Detroit's roots-rock gods. Nominated as "Best Local Country Recording" in the 2001 Detroit Music Awards. A few cuts from this baby have appeared on various mp3 websites, and has gotten some great reviews. Exclaim Magazine stated, "... proof that four guys with a couple of guitars, bass and drums, along with a pocketful of songs about real people will always endure. Keep an eye on these guys." Carl Zimring of WRCT in Pittsburgh, PA called it "A fine upstanding disc." Only $5.00! Special: Two for $8.00! (2000)

Various Artists: Boombacoustic! - Ten Detroit-area artists recorded live at Roadrunner's Raft in Hamtramck, MI. Nominated for TWO Detroit Music Awards in 1998 ("Best Anthology/Compilation" and "Best Folk/Acoustic Recording"). Kelly Brown of CIMX-FM (Windsor/Detroit) called it "Very tastefully done." Hear the cream of city's acoustic talent. Only $8.00. (1997)

The Masons (of detroit): Homemade - A great four-song cassette from one of Detroit's underappreciated pop-rock bands of the mid-90s. Fantastic male/female harmonies, along with solid jangly guitars. This group later split into two, forming both Gravel Train and Sunken Road. Only $3.00. Not too many of these left. (1995)

The Freemasons: "Christmas in Anytown, USA" b/w "Christmas Won't Be Merry (Without My Mary)" 7-inch single - "Anytown" got some seasonal radio play both in Detroit and Nashville back in 1993. Gravel Train re-recorded "Anytown" for some mp3 websites a while back. Only $2.00. Limited quantities. (1993)
