Hello Friends! :)


I am Commander of Ridderick, what is Ridderick you ask? Ridderick is something that I taught myself and it happened accidently; I misspelled the word 'rhetoric' and I thought to myself that this word is interesting and doesn't exist, just like some inventive worlds and words created by my favorite writers, Dr. Seuss and Lewis Carroll. Dr. Seuss created characters put them in his newly created world, then had them speak words he created into a jolly rhyme for kids, while Lewis Carroll also created a world, a wonderland if you will, with amazing characters; he wrote mind boggling puzzle poems like Jabberwocky, only if you were a good mathematician you may be able to decipher the hidden meaning in them. Those writers respectively each influenced my style above all others and that is why I call myself Commander of Ridderick.

My name is Peter S. Lee, and I am a 26-year-old Korean American and I live in Hollywood, CA. I am wildly inventive as you shall soon see, and I pride myself on being innovative and I do this extremely well with poetry, which is very new to me because I only began seriously contemplating and writing poetry this year, back in February 1998 to be exact. I also enjoy great literature, bar scene (nothing like kicking it in a bar with an ice cold Bud-weis-er in hand and playing jukebox and shooting pool.) I am also not that seasoned on the Internet, however I am a quick study, so I started around March 1996 and mastered it ever since. I am currently attending College majoring in Academics and Computer Networks. I created this page in hopes of meeting new friends and helping others with either poetry or the internet.
