The Tiger Beetle

  1. The Tiger Beetle’s habitat can be found in sandy terrain, some only on the mounds of termites, and others on the trunks of trees, which they ascend in a spiral manner.
  2.

  3. The clearing off trees has taken away the homes of the tiger beetle. So without a home they die off because they cannot adapt quick enough to the new environment that they are forced into. Also when we develop homes and other

The Bald Eagle

  1. The Bald Eagle’s habitat can be found on sides of rocky cliffs and high up in big trees. They tend to create their nest on rocky cliffs because most animals are not capable to reach such areas.

2) When developers come in, they alter the landscape by removing pieces of the earth that home many creatures which includes the Bald Eagle. They lose their homes and they don’t have as many places to live now. But this isn’t the only reason why they are endangered, its because off DDT contamination to the environment.

The Pink Salmon

  1. The Pink Salmon’s habitat can be found in the rivers that connect with the Atlantic Ocean. They need to have connection with the ocean because this is where they migrate. After they migrate to the ocean they return back to their birthplace and lay their eggs.

2) When developers come in, they alter land and sometimes move waterways. Sometimes they have to make dams to control water flow. This makes it impossible for the salmon to return back to their birthplace before they die.
