You will not use any service provided by GSIP to libel, defame, or slander any person, and you will not use any service provided by GSIP to infringe on the privacy rights of any person. You will not post any information that infringes the property rights of any person, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of any person. You will not include any anatomical or sexual references or sexually suggestive or connotative language in your profile. GSIP reserves the right to edit photo submissions. Nudity and personal information in photos are unacceptable. You will not post advertisements or forward chain letters on the service. You assume sole responsibility for paying all charges from other providers incurred in accessing the Rendezvous service. All GSIP members are responsible for all charges incurred through the use of the service as stated in our price and billing policies. GSIP does not: 1.Verify any information posted on the service or guarantee that such information will be used properly by any party. 2.Review or assume any responsibility for the content of private e-mail messages sent between members using our anonymous remailer. 3.We do not ensure that such messages may not contain offensive material. 4.Ensure that offensive material will be promptly removed from the service. 5.We cannot ensure secure transmissions over the Internet. 6.Monitor or resolve disputes between service subscribers. The GSIP service contains proprietary information of GSIP and its licensors. Additionally, the service may contain copyrighted information posted by other persons which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for information for which you have been given permission or which is in the public domain, you will not modify, copy, sell, or distribute any such information. To maintain the service and to protect the rights of service users, GSIP reserves the right to monitor the public areas of the service in accordance with legal requirements. GSIP MAY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE SERVICE WITHOUT NOTICE TO ANY USER WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT OR THE RULES OF GSIP. GSIP reserves the right to prohibit offensive language from the public areas of the service. GSIP reserves the right but assumes no obligation to remove materials from the service which do not comply with this Service Agreement or the rules of GSIP. IN NO EVENT WILL GSIP BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY INTERRUPTIONS OF SERVICE, VIRUSES, POWER OUTAGES, OR COMMUNICATIONS BY OTHER SERVICE USERS. You agree, at the request of GSIP, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GSIP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from any infringement of intellectual property rights, disparagement, libel, or invasion of privacy of any third party caused by your use of the service. This Agreement is entered into in PORTLAND, ME. You agree that MAINE law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively subject to the federal and state courts of MAINE.
