Freisa Pantaleon born in June 30th, 1981. This letter

is regarding my daughter's dependency status for her

2001-2002 Verification Worksheet and her Financial Aid

forms. I receive public assistance, and as of the

beginning of this year , 2001, I no longer claim

Freisa Pantaleon. She is no longer under my household

and no longer under my budget. Thus, she is not my

dependent and I do not wish to claim my daughter

Freisa Pantaleon.

In addition, Freisa Pantaleon is a single mother and

rents a room with her child at the above address.

Please grant her the independent status. Otherwise,

it will be hard for her to attend classes.
