Banana bread today - very exciting. I feel like my life purpose has been completed.

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2 In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
3 Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.

Went running in the morning. Not bad at all, ankle gave me some problems and then it was fine. Made banana bread, and nearly ruined my oven cuz it dripped everywhere. Grr. Yay for interior design magazines, yay for washing my hair, and yay for maybe getting a shift later on this week in PB. Saw the same guy three times today! WEIRD. He's this guy who came in a few times to PB before Christmas and I helped him with a few presents for friends and all.. haven't seen him for a few months and then passed him a week ago in the street. Passed by him twice while crossing today, and another time he was sitting on the church steps at Avenue and Bloor. Very weird! The third time (after saying hi twice) we just shrugged in disbelief. How odd is that?? Ass is firmer today after running - have decided to go every day from now on. Well except for tomorrow. haha... head hurts, and now I sleep.
