Changes From Second Edition

Obviously there isn't a change in The Dark Eldar from second edtion. There is change in that it adds a new race to WarHammer 40,000 . It adds more variety and a little more flavour to the 40k universe but not much more. The race it self isn't that powerful and it won't make a difference in tournaments or leagues. Basically it's just another way for GW to make more $$$$$.
