HTML editing software Evrsoft 1st Page 2000 is free! I usually do my own HTML coding, but if I use a program, Eversoft's 1st Page 2000 is my all time favorite.
I have also used MS Front Page... but the pages don't always look good in Netscape. On the other hand if you use Netscape's Composer to edit your pages they almost always work in MSIE browser. Interesting... huh?
Graphics
I use Paint Shop Pro to make my graphics. You can download a copy of the latest version to try out for 30 days. I downloaded my first copy of PSP from Jasc and was immediately hooked on creating graphics. I love it!!!
