Salvation Plan

If God asked you today, "Why should I let you in my Heaven?". Do ya know what you will say? Did you know the Bible says you can know without a doubt that you have eternal life? (A spot in Heaven man!!!!!)
(1 John 5:13) "These things I have written to you....that you may KNOW that you have eternal life.
The Bible says there are 5 things we need to know. Heaven(eternal life) is a gift, it's free.
You can't earn it or buy it....

(Ephesians 2:8,9) "By grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the GIFT of God, NOT BY WORKS, lest any man should boast."

No matter how good we are or how many good things we do, no matter how often we attend church these things will not earn us a spot in Heaven.
We have all sinned.
That is done something we knew was wrong, a lie, maybe lust, or cheating, ever got mad? ect.....

(Romans 3:23) "ALL have sinned and fall short of he Glory of God."
God is merciful, but Just so had to punish sin.
So we have a PROBLEM....God loves us and doesn't want to punish us.....but God is just and MUST punish sin.

(1 John 4:8b)"God is love....." (Jeremiah 31:3b) "I (God) have loved you with an everlasting love...." But God also said...(Exodus 34:7b)..."I will by no means clear the guilty.." (Ezekiel 18:4) "The soul that sins shall die."

OK, Here's where it gets good... God solved this problem in the person of Jesus Christ.

You got to know Jesus Christ
The Bible tells us He is the infinite God-man.

(John 1:1,14) "In the beginning was the Word(Jesus)...and the Word(Jesus) was God....and the Word(Jesus) became flesh and dwelt among us...."

Jesus came from Heaven and lived here as a man with the same day to day hassles we have, only He did it with out sin, so He could go to the cross to pay the penalty for our sins, three days later He walked out of that grave, to purchase a place for you and me in Heaven.
He paid a debt He did not owe, (because He wants to have a personal relationship with us, you and me!!) Because we owe a debt we can't pay.
Jesus Christ bore our sins in His body on the cross, and now offers you eternal life (Heaven) as a free gift.

OK, I hear ya what's the catch you say.
Bottom line FAITH. (you gotta believe)
This is the key that opens the door to Heaven.

You have to trust in Jesus Christ alone for eternal life. You have to trust that the work He did on the cross is enough period.
(Acts 16:31a)"Believe(trust) in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved."
That's it, God never meant for it to be hard....doesn't mean a life in Jesus Christ is always easy....it isn't but with God for you Who can stand against you? What do you say?

Lets look again at what this involves. A) Transfer your trust...
From what you been doing to what Christ has done for you on the cross.
B) Accept Christ as your Savior...
Open the door to your heart and let Him in....(Revelations 3:20)Jesus says" Behold I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him..."
C)Receive Jesus Christ as Lord...
Give Him the "driver seat" of your life not the backseat.
D)Repent...
Be willing to turn from anything that is not pleasing to Him, but relax He will help. He will show you His will as you grow in your relationship with Him.
I have a prayer and friend if you read it/and believe. Say it from your heart you will be saved.
"Lord Jesus Christ, I know I am a sinner and do not deserve eternal life. But I believe You died and rose from the grave to purchase a place in Heaven for me. Lord Jesus. come into my life; take control of my life; forgive my sins and save me. I repent of my sins and now place my trust in You for my salvation. I accept the gift of eternal life.
