QUICK NOTE TO LET YOU KNOW I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH FRONTPAGE AT THE MOMENT. I AM UNABLE TO UPDATE THE PAGES AT THIS TIME, BUT WILL UPDATE AS SOON AS I CAN. I AM STILL WORKING HARD TO OBTAIN MY GOAL SIZE AND THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT I AM MAINTANING MY WEIGHT WELL. I HAVEN'T HAD MUCH WEIGHT LOSS BUT MAINTANANCE IS BETTER THAN PUTTING IT ON. PLEASE KEEP IN TOUCH. LOVE ANGEL Welcome to my Web Page! I hope you will be a regular visitor to my recently amended site. I began this page around June 1999 and have had great motivations and success with it, to date. I have received encouragement from strangers, now close friends, and have also motivated people to begin their own site and begin losing weight sensibly. This site is dedicated to assisting, firstly, myself in my weight loss travels (which will hopefully not be forever!) and also to provide guidance and support for others out there who are new to the game. The game of eating, exercising and living a healthy lifestyle and ditching those old and tired fad diets out the window. They have sucked us in for most of our pubescent and teenage years and now is the time to 'break the habit'. I began the dieting game when I was very young. I unfortunately took the process too far and was starving myself. Bulimia in the form of over exercising, bingeing and then not eating for days. It wasn't fun, but I had my eye on a goal and there was no way anyone was going to stop me. Finally, I came to my senses and began to eat and try not to obsess about my appearance, to little success. To cut a long story short, ever since that time, my weight has fluctuated up and down and all around and now is the time to put a stop to it. I am losing this weight for me, to make me feel better about myself and also for health reasons. I want longevity. I want health. I want a LIFE! And by god, I am going to get it. I have now decided to give myself a little challenge. After beginning a new workout with Joyce Vedral (what a woman!) back in November, I have now decided that I enjoy it well enough to make it part of my life, forever. My challenge I am embarking on is similar to other challenges going on at the moment, but it involves me, myself and I. I have created my own program based on Joyce's workouts and will be doing the program for 12 weeks. The program is under my exercise regime and you can follow my progress through my diary, posted weekly, and my statistics, posted monthly and my exercise regime. So please stand by me during this time. I need all the support I can get. If you want to join me on this quest, contact me and we can correspond and help each other out. The more the merrier!
