As any young parents expecting their first child, we are very proud, happy and scared. Our "Little Us" project develops really well so far: all tests are fine and, not taking into account the tension Lesya felt following a whole month of travels, we've passed all of them with the results of a champion. The biggest news we have to announce is that we JUST FELT! the baby move on October 15 (Kev touched it with his hand!). We also saw the baby's heartbeat and how it moved its little legs on the screen during the sonogram.
We want to thank very much aunt Laura for the great books on pregnancy she sent us, as well as Brian and Patricia Foster for a surprise baby shower. Making a break with Ukrainian superstitions against buying stuff for a baby before it's actually born, we've already started to build a wardrobe of the softest, smallest, cutest, tiniest things in the world!
Lesya's belly is beautiful and we're preparing our bedroom for the new addition. Putsing and nesting is a full-time job. We've still got the name game going so please join in. David (Sam), Christine (Christine) and Jeremy (Ezekiel) are currently in the lead. Big prizes to the winners -- free babysitting!!
