Channels Operators - cannot have ops of any kind in another
kentucky channel on Dalnet.

Rule #2
No flooding of the channel in any shape, form, or fashion.

Rule #3
Respect other people - No harassing or verbally assulting

Rule #4
No 'Op' begging - If you wish to become an op, you may do
so when the current channel ops pick you out of the
crowd and ask you if you would like to be one.

Rule #5
Do not advertise other channels. After two warnings, you
will be kicked and banned from the channel.
