Saying goodbye is really hard, but its something that we all have to do. Graduating is both exciting and sad. Its exciting because we are actually starting ours lives now as young adults and its sad because of what we are leaving behind. I met a lot of people in High School that I will never forget. I feel like yesterday was my very first day at Jamaica. I was so nervous that day because I was entering a whole new environment. I remember when I was in junior high and couldn't wait to start high school. I knew that when I started high school I was going to be older and get to do all the things my older sister got to do. Now that I am in high school I still feel small and I can't believe that fours years have gone by already. I am so excited to go and meet more people but right now I am full of sorrow because I am a little sad and also scared to leave Jamaica.

Throughtout high school all I thought about was how cool its going to be when I will be graduating. Now its so close to the end and I still can't believe that the time has actually arrived. Saying goodbye is really hard, and I don't think that I am ready to do so. I met some wonderful classmates and teachers who I want to say goodbye to but hopefully it wouldn't be the end. First of all I would like to thank all my the teachers that I had in the past and currently now. Without them I couldn't have completed high school. I don't have any complaints about any teacher that I had. I think that they were all wonderful and they just did what they had to do because thay are teachers and they were just doing their jobs and more.

I would like to thank Mr. Lebovic, Mr.Pallisco, Mrs. Gruen, Mr. Apostle and Mrs. Mayo for being such wonderful teachers. Mr. Lebovic, he is such a great teacher. He made subjects like chemistry and physics seem much easier that it actually was and he is also very sweet. Mr. Pallisco made history, a subject which I don't like, come alive. He made it more interesting and less boring. Mrs. Gruen was the first english teacher I had when I started high school. I had her for four semesters which is two years. She is also a good teacher who made my transition to high school a lot easier. Mr. Apostle was just unforgetable, he made class fun and I want to thank him for the opportunity of taking part of the presidential convention at Hunter college, which was fun and educational. Lastly, I would like to thank Mrs. Mayo for everything that she has done for me and my fellow classmates. She is a wonderful teacher who really cares about her students. Thankyou all very much.

My high school days had a lot of ups and downs. I was very lucky because I met a lot of friends who were there to help me with whatever my problems were. Shameeza, Sherizan and Rakesh. Thankyou for being such great friends. Rakesh was always there for me and helped me in any way that he could. Sherizan is such a sweet person, who gave me advice, and been my best friend in every way . Shameeza, my other half, has always been there for me. I don't understand how teachers got us confused. They would look at me and call me Shameeza or look at her and call her Narisha. It was so funny to me. I guess because we've been together since freshman year that it is hard for teachers to tell the difference. Whatever the situation is, Shameeza was and still is my very best friend.Atleast I am happy that I don't have to say goodbye to her because we are both going to Hunter college. So I going to see her. I plan on keeping in touch with my friens hopefuul they will also do the same.
