Roman Maisey was born in 1964 in Grodno, Belarus (Bielorussia). In 1994 graduated from the Belarussian Academy of Arts, departament of Easel Painting.Since 1996 he has taken part in the exhibitions.

Works in oil painting and print graphics.The works are exhibited in the private collections in the Belarus, Russian, Lithuania, Poland, Italy, Croatia.
