Sailor Jupiter : Alright Alright listen up people! To be abel to join Luna's ring of Links, you gotta get thru ME first! Hahahaha, nah, you first gotta make sure your sites dont have these...

1. Please, NO curseing on your site
2. Please, no pictures that shows the scouts "Parts"
3. Please, if you are going to close your site, contact me a.s.a.p
4.No making fun of any scouts on your page.

Now, on the other hand. Whats A~Ok to put on Lunas Little Ring Of Links is....

1. It MUST have Sailor Moon, but you can have another site on it as well. Example: Dragon Ball Z & Sailor Moon
2. You can put a web ring on Luna's ring of Links.
3. You can sign up for your friend to Lunas Ring of Links
4.Give Luna a site that YOU think is cool. =)
5. Tell us your thought on one of the sites.
6. You can do ANYTHING ELSE!

If you have any questions about the rules. Or you think your site is ok because it doesn't break any of the rules, e-mail me and i'll make sure its ok. You can tell me rules that you think should be / not be in Lunas Ring Of Links
